We provide holistic transaction advice and other Corporate Finance services to the best entrepreneurs and founders as well as domestic and global corporations and financial sponsors.

We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships. As a one-stop-shop we regularly accompany and support entrepreneurs and companies along their entire journey – from seed financing to growth fund raising all through to the final liquidity event (exit). Furthermore, we are trusted service providers and partners to financial investors as well as many corporations – many of which are stock-listed – around the globe.

Since inception in late 2014 we have completed over 30 transactions and have successfully worked on a myriad of other assignments.

Christian Blasberg

Christian co-founded Crossgate in 2014 and later on CARRY Corporate Finance in 2018. Christian built up extensive M&A experience on the sell- and buy-side and advised strategic and financial investors on high-profile cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions for high-growth businesses for more than 15 years.

Christian is passionate about technology innovation and predominantly focuses on the Software, Digital Media, Internet and Gaming/Esports sectors. As a corporate lawyer and a business administration graduate, he worked for law-firms and advisory companies in the US, UK and Germany.

Christian studied Law at Philipps University, Marburg and Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt and holds a Master’s degree in International Finance & Accounting from UEL Business School, London (UK).

Denis Kuhn

Before co-founding Crossgate Corporate and later on Crossgate’s spin-off CARRY Corporate Finance, Europe’s first dedicated Corporate Finance advisory house fully dedicated to the Gaming and Esports industry, Denis had gained extensive expertise in various advisory and consultancy capacities around the world.

Being a Global Citizen who has lived and worked abroad for the better of his early professional life, Denis‘ international experience and intercultural intelligence have proven particularly beneficial when advising and negotiating numerous cross-border deals.

Denis holds a Master’s degree in International Finance & Accounting from Cass Business School, London (UK), and a Bachelor in International Business from European School of Business, Germany.
